During Explorers Club Lux Tenure a number of achievements were completed under challenging circumstances. Entering our kitchen environment after a long laps between senior chefs and during a very high occupancy period (an Island buy-out and peak summer) they did an outstanding job connecting with our local team bringing them together. ECL also recruited a number of excellent candidates which were a great fit with us. The ECL team connected extremely well with our Task Force from Le Bristol Paris and Hotel Du Cap (Antibes) whom would also speak extremely highly of their professionalism and drive in the luxury hospitality environment.
